This has been the worst experience in my life. The hotel is absolutely not fit for anyone to stay. A disaster from hygiene point of view. They don't clean any area in the room, and you will definitely get sick by staying at this location. I have been to many hotels in India and abroad and this is probably the worst I have seen.

The hotel stay experience was really bad. We had to unfortunately book this hotel because all other great stays in Nashik were booked out. The disappointment began as soon as we entered the hotel. The food does not taste good and is overpriced. The room did not have handwash, dental kits, toilet rolls, hand towels and shower towels, we had to ask for it. The exhaust fan in the washroom does not work. There is no pressure of water, it takes forever to even fill the bucket and the flow of water in the shower is a joke. There are only two plug points in the room and even those are totally away from the bed. The ac stops working in the middle at any time and it gets very hot in the packed room. The water kettle does not work and we had to get it changed. They give you only one bottle of water complimentary for a stay and rest is chargeable. The breakfast was a joke, cold food and beverages were served and one dish was added 15 mins before closing time of the breakfast served. All in all, the hotel is not recommended for a stay at this price range, Nashik has way better hotel stays to offer.

I had opted to stay at Hotel Kewal in September 2023. I must say I really liked the services offered. The room was excellent and had good cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and aided me with easy check in and check out. Hotel Kewal is the best option in the vicinity of Nashik Road station. I will definitely prefer it on my next visit. Thank you again ✌🏼

We had been to the Five Elements restaurent for late lunch. We were lucky to be served inspite of being quite late for lunch due to travel, but it wasn't worth more than 2 stars. The food quality is good. It lacks on the ambience and service front. The ambience was very old with patches of water leakages on walls, very old furniture . The sofa we were sitting on, it's back rest was about to fall, had we rested our backs for some comfort. The waiters appeared to be like college going boys who have no idea of hospitality. Either they would not serve food, and if served they would spill a bit on your lap. We ordered manchow soup, veg crispy, cheese chilly toasts, kebabs as starters. They were prepared really good and tasted nice. Opted for Punjabi, Veg chili mili and paneer lababdaar with butter rotis. They were equally good as well. Only problem was with service.

We checked in at @11pm on 26th Dec.booking was done through MMT & one night charges are 4500/.There was no water in bathroom.Room,bedsheets,towels are dirty.staff is not available to attend.In morning there was no hot water & hotel did nothing about this.We had to leave without bathing.Breakfast area is smelling & unhygienic.Food quality is average with limited food options.overall badly managed & charging too high.Better stay away from this hotel.

Rooms large bed n linen clean and fresh room neat n tidy but bathrooms very badly maintained especially tiles filthy and eroded. Breakfast average and the hotel pure vegetarian which not to my liking. No bar if u r looking for liquor bar and non vegetarian it's not the place for u

Rooms are neat and clean n service is good. The food is yummy. Shoab the restaurant manager is very attentive. On the whole a lovely stay.
